Day 1 – Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Your 3-day tour from Marrakech to Fez begins directly from your hotel or riad. In the morning, your driver will take you along the spectacular Tizi-N-Tichka road, crossing the High Atlas Mountains, with several scenic stops along the way.
The first stop is the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the backdrop for numerous Hollywood films. After the visit, continue to Ouarzazate, where you can explore the Atlas Studios and the historic Taourirt Kasbah. In the afternoon, continue to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, where an exciting camel trek awaits you across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Day 3 – Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Ifrane – Fez
Start the day early to witness the magical sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast and a shower at the hotel, continue through the Tafilalet oasis toward Rissani and Erfoud, arriving at the picturesque Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and natural landscapes.
Stop in Midelt for lunch (own expense), then visit the Cedar Forest, where you can see the playful local monkeys.
