Day 1: Casablanca – Boulajoul (Near Midelt)
Early departure from Casablanca heading south, passing through Kasbat Tadla and Zaouiat Cheikh, enjoying the changing landscapes between plains and the Middle Atlas Mountains. After crossing cedar forests and Berber villages, arrive in Boulajoul, a peaceful village near Midelt, where you can enjoy a traditional dinner and stay in a mountain guesthouse.
Day 2: Boulajoul – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)
After breakfast, continue the journey through Midelt, Errachidia, and the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves. Stop in Erfoud and, if possible, visit Khamlia to enjoy Gnawa music. In the afternoon, arrive in Merzouga for a sunset camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Dinner and overnight stay in a Berber camp with traditional music, optional sandboarding, and a breathtaking starry sky.
Day 3: Merzouga – Dades Valley
At sunrise, enjoy the magical view over the dunes. After breakfast, depart for Rissani and visit its traditional market and a Berber textile cooperative. Continue to the Todra Gorges and then to the Dades Valley, famous for its reddish rocks and ancient kasbahs. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel with valley views.
Day 4: Dades Valley – Marrakech
After breakfast, travel along the “Route of a Thousand Kasbahs,” passing through the Skoura Oasis and the Valley of the Roses, with a visit to an argan oil cooperative. Then visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Finally, cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with scenic photo stops, before arriving in Marrakech, where the tour concludes.
